Compare eSIMs for Philippines 2026

Plans from many major travel eSIM brands are sold for the Philippines, with Globe and SMART named as the underlying networks. That makes brand availability a poor filter: Bloomy eSIM, RedEx eSIM and Roamix have deep catalogues, but catalogue size does not show whether a plan suits a short stop or a longer stay. Check the allowance and validity, along with the provider’s terms for what happens when the data runs out; those details matter more than a familiar brand name.

SMART and Globe are the Philippine mobile networks named in travel eSIM providers’ published listings. That creates a real choice of underlying operator, but it is not usually a setting the traveller can change on the phone: the provider’s own list determines which network is associated with the eSIM. In other words, the operator you end up using follows from the plan you choose and can be identified in advance. Read the provider’s network or coverage page for the specific pairing, as the published lists are not identical.

A zero-cost data offer is listed for the Philippines, but it is a small trial allowance rather than a usable travel package. It is generally tied to signing up with the provider and limited to one per customer, so it is better suited to getting online briefly or testing compatibility than serving as your main connection. The market has plenty of providers selling Philippine eSIMs, but free allowances remain exceptions, so check the conditions before relying on one.

Several major travel eSIM sellers include an unlimited option for the Philippines, so this is not a niche find. The catch is that “unlimited” refers to continued access, not unlimited full-speed use: once the fast data is used, speeds are reduced, with some plans resetting the allowance daily and others throttling for the remaining validity. At reduced speed, video can buffer and maps can load slowly, so compare the allowance, reset pattern and post-threshold speed in the terms.
