Best Alternative to Connect Me Guru in 2026

Lower prices are the clearest gain: for comparable plans in destinations both cover, MoodSIM is usually cheaper than Connect Me Guru. Its range also includes global plans and unlimited-data options, alongside country and regional plans, giving frequent cross-border travellers more choice in plan shape.

The catalogues overlap nearly entirely, but not completely: MoodSIM includes India, while Connect Me Guru includes Libya, so the destination you need may decide the switch. MoodSIM also states that tethering and top-ups are supported; Connect Me Guru does not say whether either is supported.

For destinations both providers cover, Stellar eSIM usually costs less for a comparable plan. It also offers regional and global plans, rather than stopping at country and regional options, and lists unlimited-data plans.

Coverage is broadly similar, though switching means giving up access to places such as New Caledonia that Connect Me Guru sells; Stellar eSIM also includes destinations such as India that Connect Me Guru does not. Stellar eSIM states that tethering and top-ups are supported, while Connect Me Guru does not say whether either feature is supported.
