What LibrePass charges
The cheaper end of LibrePass's catalogue works out at $1.97 a gigabyte. Across every provider we track, a gigabyte works out at $1.34 for the median one.
We first recorded their catalogue in October 2026, so there is no month-by-month line to draw yet — it starts once we hold 4 monthly snapshots.
Each figure is the lower quartile of every plan the provider lists — the cheaper end of their range, not an average — against the same figure for the median provider we track.

LibrePass also sells plans for 12 regions — one eSIM covering a group of countries rather than a single one.
Where LibrePass puts you on the internet
LibrePass does not publish where its traffic reaches the internet, so we cannot tell you. That is a gap in what the provider states rather than a finding about how it routes — a provider that publishes nothing may well come out locally everywhere. We only report exits a provider declares, plan by plan, and we do not infer the rest.
What sort of provider LibrePass is
LibrePass is an eSIM brand from Eyloo GmbH that sells data-only plans for single countries, regions and worldwide travel, each listing the networks it uses. Plans come with a fixed allowance or a daily high-speed allowance that slows rather than stops. Lifetime plans carry data that does not expire, and phone-number plans add a European mobile number with calls and SMS within Europe. Hotspot use is allowed, and prices are quoted in euro including VAT.
A phone number, voice and SMS are among the less commonly stated commitments in an eSIM catalogue; LibrePass also states that tethering is supported. Its country, regional and global plans can suit a trip across borders, where one profile may be more practical than buying separately for each country, though bundles usually cost more per gigabyte than single-country plans. Purchases are one-off, and LibrePass does not say whether plans can be topped up, so check its terms if you may need to extend a plan.
