Le OnePlus 12R prend-il en charge eSIM ?

Yes, the OnePlus 12R fully supports eSIM technology, offering you the convenience of activating cellular plans digitally without a physical SIM card. This advanced feature, available on the 2026 OnePlus 12R, enhances connectivity and simplifies managing your mobile service.

The OnePlus 12R proudly offers eSIM capabilities, allowing users to embrace the convenience of digital SIM profiles. This advanced feature, combined with its physical SIM card slot, grants the OnePlus 12R true Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) functionality. This means users can actively manage two distinct phone numbers or data plans simultaneously – for instance, a personal number alongside a business line, or a local plan when traveling internationally, all without the need to physically swap SIM cards. The integration of eSIM technology in the OnePlus 12R is a significant step forward, providing greater flexibility and streamlining connectivity for its users.

Activating an eSIM on your OnePlus 12R is a straightforward process. Typically, you'll receive a QR code from your mobile network provider, which contains all the necessary eSIM profile information.

• Navigate to Settings on your OnePlus 12R.
• Select Mobile network or Network & internet.
• Tap on SIMs or eSIM.
• Choose Add eSIM or Download a SIM.
• You will then be prompted to Scan QR code. Position your OnePlus 12R over the QR code provided by your carrier.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation. Your new eSIM profile will then be downloaded and configured, ready for use. Some carriers may also offer manual entry of activation details if a QR code is not available.

The inclusion of eSIM technology in the OnePlus 12R brings a wealth of benefits, particularly for frequent travelers. With eSIM, users can effortlessly subscribe to local data plans when abroad, avoiding exorbitant roaming charges and the hassle of searching for physical SIM cards in unfamiliar locations. This not only simplifies international travel but also offers enhanced security, as there's no physical card to lose or have stolen. Furthermore, for users who manage multiple phone numbers or prefer to keep personal and professional communications separate, the OnePlus 12R's dual SIM capabilities, powered by eSIM, provide an elegant and efficient solution. Managing multiple eSIM profiles is also simple; you can store several profiles on your device and switch between them as needed through the device settings, offering unparalleled control over your mobile connectivity.
